What if My Item Arrives Damaged?

When your delivery arrives, please carefully inspect the packaging. If you notice any visible damage—including the box itself—be sure to note it when signing for the package.

If you can’t open the package immediately but suspect there may be damage, write “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt.

Should your item arrive damaged, simply send photos to support@everaftersupplies.com, and we will process a replacement or refund promptly—typically within one business day.
